The goal: seamlessly infuse this new brand into open enrollment communications, new hire materials, and ongoing newsletters—while still delivering critical benefits information in a clear, actionable way.

The challenge was not just refreshing the content but creating an entire visual and narrative experience that matched Harvard HR’s mission and resonated with their audience.
