Are you organized enough to color-code a spreadsheet, curious enough to ask great questions, and resourceful enough to figure out where to find gluten-free cookies for a client meeting on 24 hours’ notice?
If so, keep reading.
Crackerjack Communications is looking for a Junior Account Coordinator + Office Manager to help keep our agency running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience across marketing, communications, creative projects, and client work.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate (or someone with about a year of experience) who wants to learn the ins and outs of agency life. One day you might be ordering lunch for a client meeting. The next, you could be helping coordinate a video shoot, researching giveaways for a trade show, prepping a presentation, organizing an event, or assisting our leadership team with a dozen different projects.
No two days are alike. If you like variety, you might love it here.

- Learn how great client relationships are built and maintained
- See how projects come to life—from kickoff through launch

- 0–2 years of experience

- Mentorship from experienced marketing and communications professionals
- Opportunities to grow into account management, project management, content, strategy, or other agency roles
- A collaborative team that genuinely likes working together
- Plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute, and make an impact
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll do more than fetch coffee and make copies (honestly, we barely own a copier), we’d love to hear from you.
