Junior Account Coordinator + Office Manager

Post Date: June 24, 2026

Are you organized enough to color-code a spreadsheet, curious enough to ask great questions, and resourceful enough to figure out where to find gluten-free cookies for a client meeting on 24 hours’ notice?

If so, keep reading.

Crackerjack Communications is looking for a Junior Account Coordinator + Office Manager to help keep our agency running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience across marketing, communications, creative projects, and client work.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate (or someone with about a year of experience) who wants to learn the ins and outs of agency life. One day you might be ordering lunch for a client meeting. The next, you could be helping coordinate a video shoot, researching giveaways for a trade show, prepping a presentation, organizing an event, or assisting our leadership team with a dozen different projects.

No two days are alike. If you like variety, you might love it here.

What You’ll Do

Keep the office running

  • Order office supplies before we run out of coffee or candy (this is important)
  • Manage snacks, beverages, and general office needs
  • Coordinate lunches, meetings, and occasional events
  • Maintain a welcoming environment for clients and team members
  • Handle various administrative tasks that keep the agency humming

Support our account team

  • Assist with project coordination and scheduling
  • Take notes during meetings and help track action items
  • Help prepare client deliverables
  • Coordinate vendors, partners, and project logistics
  • Jump in wherever needed to support successful project execution

Support agency leadership

  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordinate travel and conference logistics
  • Help organize internal initiatives and special projects
  • Serve as an extra set of hands for the Founder and leadership team

Learn agency life

  • Gain exposure to branding, marketing, communications, advertising, design, content, social media, video, events, and strategy
  • Work alongside account managers, designers, writers, strategists, and agency leadership
  • Learn how great client relationships are built and maintained
  • See how projects come to life—from kickoff through launch

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR, Journalism, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of experience
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a desire to learn
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Sense of humor—we like to laugh…a lot

Bonus Points If You

  • Enjoy making lists
  • Love checking things off those lists
  • Have strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Can spot a typo from across the room
  • Think ordering lunch for 15 people with any number of dietary restrictions sounds like a fun challenge

What You’ll Get

  • A front-row seat to agency life
  • Exposure to a wide variety of clients and industries
  • Mentorship from experienced marketing and communications professionals
  • Opportunities to grow into account management, project management, content, strategy, or other agency roles
  • A collaborative team that genuinely likes working together
  • Plenty of opportunities to learn, contribute, and make an impact

If you’re looking for a place where you’ll do more than fetch coffee and make copies (honestly, we barely own a copier), we’d love to hear from you.
