When MIT Professional Education and Harvard Medical School were developing a course that would define a new industry and field of study — urban design for public health — Crackerjack was brought on to help articulate and sell the cross-disciplinary concept to a broad audience of deep specialists, from medical professionals and high-density architects, to municipal officials and health-tech entrepreneurs.
