Working with Lincoln Financial Group, we wrote and designed an array of communications aimed at educating retirement plan participants about their options under the federal government’s Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act. And it worked! Our collaborative campaign won the 2020 STAR Award for outstanding crisis communications in the retirement category.
